These spicy daikon radish slices are pickled Japanese-style in a sweet and salty rice wine vinegar brine with lemon thyme leaves grown at Start Me Up Niagara's community garden. Savoury, mildly spicy, and with a hint of sweetness, these radishes are the perfect addition to salads, sandwiches, and charcuterie boards!
